Harry and Meghan hired three nannies in one month for baby Archie

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, have hired a third nanny for their newborn, Archie Harrison. The two before her had mysteriously left. The development follows the departure of three other members of staff last year.

The tremendous turnover in such a short period of time raises more concerns about employees quitting the couple’s employ.

Since her wedding to Prince Harry in May 2018, Meghan has lost a rising number of employees, including a bodyguard, personal assistant, and private secretary.

It’s unclear if the previous two nannies departed freely or because they were asked to.

Meghan’s “demanding” working style is believed to have caused employees at Kensington Palace to resign.

They claim she has been known to send emails at odd hours of the day and has yelled at employees in the past.

According to sources close to the Sussexes, nannies for Archie, who was born on May 6, are a private affair, and Buckingham Palace does not comment on staff recruiting.

According to one report, the Duchess shouted at a staffer who suggested she wear M&S “garbage” tights.

Some have dubbed her “Hurricane Meghan” or “Duchess Difficult” as a result of her antics.

The source said: “Often there are different needs at different stages of the baby’s life. The first nanny was a night nurse.

“But Harry and Meghan do not want to rush this or take any risks getting this decision right. It’s deeply personal and can depend on the needs of the baby and parents.”

According to royal insiders, the couple’s choice to hire a nanny for Archie, who is just six weeks old, was “deeply personal” and “depends on the needs of the baby and parents.”

A new “British-born female nanny” has been hired, according to Harper’s Bazaar, though she is “not permanently based at Frogmore Cottage or working weekends.”

They said: “Often there are different needs at different stages of the baby’s life. The first nanny was a night nurse.

“But Harry and Meghan do not want to rush this or take any risks getting this decision right.

“It’s deeply personal and can depend on the needs of the baby and parents.”

According to reports, the nanny will join the family on their journey to southern Africa.

Katie Nicholl, who has written a series of royal biographies, claims that Prince Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37, ordered the royal childminder to sign an ‘extensive’ non-disclosure agreement.
