Meghan Markle slammed for shaming Prince Harry online: ‘No way she posted this’

Meghan Markle is facing a wave of backlash after sharing candid moments from her family life in California.

A video she posted recently features Prince Harry enjoying a playful day with their son, Archie, in their lush Montecito backyard.

However, the Duke of Sussex’s shirtless appearance seemed to raise eyebrows among royal enthusiasts, who criticized Markle for showcasing what they deemed an unflattering image.

The clip, which captures Harry gleefully sliding down a slip ‘n’ slide with Archie, was highlighted in the closing segment of the couple’s Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan.

This footage was taken shortly after the Sussexes made headlines with their departure from royal duties in 2020, transitioning into a more private life.

Royal fans quickly took to social media to express their discontent.

One user lamented, “Harry went from the safety of the Royal Rota to Meghan posting private pictures of him looking ridiculous,” adding an emoticon that made it clear how they felt about the situation.

As discourse continued to unravel on X (formerly Twitter), the reactions ranged from disbelief to ridicule.

One critic remarked, “No way!

She actually posted this?!

It’s like she hates him lol,” while another stated, “He looks awful.

Why would she share this?

It’s humiliating.”

More observations sprang up, with one netizen writing, “I can’t believe she would publicly share something like this for anyone.

Clearly, she doesn’t consider his feelings.” As comments continued to circulate, another user exclaimed, “I cannot believe that she did this!”

While many fans of the royal family were critical of Harry’s unguarded moment, Markle has a different perspective.

In fact, she’s put forth her affection for Harry by referring to him as a “fox” during her debut podcast interview on The Jamie Kern Lima Show.

With a sparkle in her eye, she said, “He’s also a fox, if you haven’t noticed!

My husband is very, very handsome.

But what’s even more beautiful is his heart.” However, some fans couldn’t help but contradict her enthusiasm, with one quipping, “Oh, and THAT’S supposed to be a ‘fox’?”

Others joined in on the light-hearted teasing, saying, “Remember folks, we’re sooo jealous that Rachel married this ‘fox’!” Not to mention, one observer pointed out the irony of the situation, suggesting, “He’s worried about the Press?

He should look a little closer to home.” Another chimed in, calling Markle his personal paparazzi, highlighting an amusing critique of her behavior.

In her interview on The Jamie Kern Lima Show, Markle also shared that her relationship with Harry is still in its blossoming ‘honeymoon’ phase.

Echoing sentiments reported by the Daily Express, she noted, “When you have just a little breathing room, you can truly enjoy each other differently.

And that’s why I feel like our relationship feels more like a honeymoon right now.”

Meanwhile, the couple’s Netflix documentary has provided more heartwarming glimpses into their family life.

The show includes various clips of Harry interacting affectionately with their children, Archie and Princess Lilibet.

In a particularly touching segment, Harry shows Archie a treasured photo of his late grandmother, Princess Diana.

Another endearing moment captures Harry reading a story to Lilibet, who sits on his lap, surrounded by the family’s playful dogs.
